When placed on top of any fan blowing through the mesh, this cooling tray will cool around 3.5LB of coffee. Stirring is recommended with a stainless or wood spoon This is an inexpensive way to cool your coffee. Buying Advice: There are many methods to cool your beans, but this is a very inexpensive way to cool your beans by simply placing this tray on top of a fan and pouring your hot coffee into the tray.
