This fan unit is designed to be combined with the Model R Starter . This is an economical addition to the Model R Starter Unit when that time to upgrade arrives. Provides high-powered, High temperature suction based cooling to your Model R Starter. This unit incorporates a chaff collection tray, that automatically collects chaff and pulls heat down and away from you. Simply vacuum out the tray when your roast is finished. Say goodbye to chaff and heat blowing in your face. Designed for the Model R Starter to stack on. This unit could be used standalone to cool up to 3.5LB MAX of coffee but the chaff collection features would not be available. The primary purpose of this fan unit is to provide a high-powered chaff-collecting, fan base for the Model R Starter hopper\tray.

Notes to be Aware of:

• Generally ships in 1 week, however expect up to 2 weeks for delivery as supply levels sometimes vary.
• Note, that while you can physically put more coffee into this cooler, it has been tested with 10LB. You can attempt to cool more but cooling times will increase which could result in a less than ideal flavor profile due to extended cooling times.
